Norwich

In 2007, Norwich became the United Kingdom's first ICORN City of Refuge, through the National Centre for Writing, a literature development organisation working in schools, libraries, cultural venues, and community centres.

Norwich and the National Centre for Writing has hosted two ICORN residents, including journalist and academic Jiao Guobiao from China.
